Hello
My Story
Hi there! I’m Lisa Williams, LCSW, and I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over seven years of experience helping people just like you work through the tough stuff and come out stronger on the other side. If you’re feeling stuck or overwhelmed, know that you don’t have to face it alone—I’m here to help.
I work with people of all ages who have experienced trauma. That might mean a single event that’s shaken your sense of stability, or it could be the result of an abusive childhood or a difficult relationship as an adult. Whatever it is, we’ll work together to help you heal and find peace.
Before I became a therapist, I spent years as a middle and high school English teacher. I’ve always loved seeing people grow and thrive, and that’s something I bring into my therapy work. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you can unpack what’s weighing you down and start building the life you deserve.
Another area I’m passionate about is working as a court-ordered parent coordinator. Divorce and co-parenting can be incredibly stressful, and it’s easy for conflict to take over. That’s where I come in. I help parents move past the anger and find solutions that work for everyone—especially the kids. Because when parents are on the same page, kids have the chance to truly thrive.
In addition to my therapy work, I am a Board Approved Clinical Supervisor. I also provide both group and individual clinical supervision to LMSWs who are working toward their LCSW license. I love helping other social workers grow in their skills and confidence as they take the next step in their careers.
Therapy doesn’t have to be intimidating. It’s about you, your goals, and finding what works for your life. I’m here to support you every step of the way, whether it’s healing old wounds or figuring out how to navigate tricky family dynamics. Let’s tackle it together—you’ve got this!
